|How do I place an order?
To place an order you choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then press view cart button to check your cart. after carefully reviewing your cart contents please proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information as well as pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
|How do I pay for my order?
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards or PayPal. Payments made with credit or debit cards are made through Shopify/Stripe UK. Richard Remington Ltd does not handle any credit card numbers.
You will always be charged in British Pound Sterling how ever you can convert and check rates in other currencies directly on our site through drop down currency converter
|How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1-3 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
|Where can I enter my discount code?
Your discount code can be added to the discount field on final checkout page.
|I just placed my order. can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately you cannot add anything to an existing order. kindly please place a new order for another item.
|Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe list.
|When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
|Will I have to Pay international Taxes and Duties?
All prices on our website are exclusive of any taxes and duties. orders from EU countries are subject to be charged 20% VAT. If you are ordering from outside EU instead you pay VAT and customs duty in your homeland. your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
|From where the items will be shipped?
Orders to Europe will be shipped from Preston UK, Orders to North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, Africa and rest of the world are shipped from Dubai or Hong Kong You will receive a UPS tracking number within 2-3 business days.

|What type of stainless steel do you use?
The silver watch is made of stainless steel of the high quality (316L).
|What type of movement is used?
Our Classic series watches are equipped with Swiss Ronda Caliber 762 quartz movements, having Power saving mechanism with pulled out stem: Reduction of consumption approximately 70%. Very long battery life and extreme reliability are the key features of this movement
Master series watches are accompanied by Japanese Precision Caliber 86 with Day and Date Quartz Movement.
|What type of leather are your straps?
The leather wristbands are made of Italian calf leather and are vegetable oil treated for extreme durability.
|Are your watches water resistant?
All Richard Remington Watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. Although our watches are tested to water resistant for swimming and shower but is not advisable.
|Is there a warranty of watches?
Yes, we offer a 24 month manufacturers warranty on the movement of our watches. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
|What is your return policy?
As a customer, you have the right to return any brand new product for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the watch must be in the exact new condition as when it was received. While returning please Pack the watch the same way it was delivered.
|How can I return a product?
If you're not satisfied, let us know! We work extremely hard to make products with the highest quality that we hope everyone will love; although we believe in the quality of our watches, we are constantly improving our product based on customer feedback. If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged, please contact our customer service within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you instructions for returns.
